Charity Shop Sales Assistants
If you can get along with a wide variety of people, help us by working in our new charity shop in Drayton, Norwich. Four hour sessions are available, morning or afternoon.
You could be:
- serving and advising customers
- taking payment
- helping customers to find the goods they want
- sorting donations
- giving information on products and prices
- stacking shelves or displaying goods in an attractive way
- arranging window displays
We are looking for drivers to join our dedicated team. Our volunteer drivers play a vital role within the charity, collecting donations from our donors.
This role would suit someone looking for experience or a career within the charity sector. You may be exploring career options, retired or someone looking for a second, probably part-time career working for a charity. The post would also suit someone who has some spare time and would like to volunteer.
As a volunteer driver you are the face of the charity while out and about so will have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of the roads in Norwich and surrounding areas would be beneficial.
Fundraising ‘Pot’ Collectors
We are looking for volunteers to find new homes for collection pots in Norfolk. Our favourite homes are butchers, public houses, local shops, petrol stations and post offices. Once collections have been made we need to record what funds have been collected and from where.
Administration support is vital to any charity. We are looking for people who want to offer their time and skills to help us with the charity’s day to day admin tasks.
