Doorstep Collection Service

01/03/21 - registration for this service is now closed. Thank you so much to everyone who has signed up! If you missed out, please hold on to your items until our shops are able to reopen. Thank you for your support!

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of our friends at Barford Van Hire, we are delighted to be able to continue the collection service for your unwanted items to sell in our charity shops.

We are now only able to collect from the following postcode areas: NR5, NR6, NR7, NR8, NR10. Please note that the address you provide below MUST be the address for the collection.

These collections will begin on Monday 15th March.

Simply register your details below and a member of our small team will contact you to arrange a date and time to collect your items. This will be by telephone call from one of the following numbers:

0330 2234 214

0330 2234 284

Please save them in your phone and watch out for our call! We will get to everybody, so please kindly bear with us and avoid calling if you have yet to hear anything.

If you have any questions about the service, please e-mail Jordan at jordancodling@priscillabaconhospice.org.uk

This is a completely contact-free service and our practices are covid secure:

  • Our drivers are equipped with face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.
  • We’ll ask you to leave your items outside and only come to collect them once you’re safely back inside, or 2m+ away.

We are prohibited from selling certain types of items by law. Disposing of such items costs the charity money, and with this in mind please kindly take note of the items we can and cannot accept:

YES PLEASE – clothing, shoes, accessories, media (CDs, DVDs, video games etc.), bric-a-brac, toys, games and books.

NO THANK YOU – electrical items, duvets, pillows, furniture, or any children’s items with a safety element – for example pushchairs, car seats, or moses baskets.

By donating items to our shops, you are helping us to build a desperately needed new hospice for Norfolk and Waveney. We have already raised over £7.35m of our £12.5m target and now need to reach the £8m mark in order to start building this summer!

Thank you for your support.
