What is the Million Pound Challenge?

Be one of the first 1,000 groups, businesses, clubs, teams or individuals to raise £1,000 for the new hospice and dedicate a line of text on the Million Pound Challenge Wall. Lots of people raising a relatively small sum each equals a huge amount when added together – an incredible £1,000,000!

There is no defined deadline or specific activity; you can raise the money however you choose, (as long as it is legal!), and at a pace to suit you. It could be one large event, or a variety of smaller activities. We have plenty of fundraising information and ideas here.

Why take part?

Priscilla Bacon Lodge has a proud heritage of bringing the best specialist care, peace, dignity and vital support to thousands of families across Norfolk. Despite its achievements, it is now inadequate both in scale and configuration, and cannot be extended. Do your bit to help us build the new hospice so many more people in Norfolk and Waveney can access this care.

Once you have registered for the Million Pound Challenge and raised your target, you will be invited to dedicate a line on a display wall in the new hospice. This could be your name, in memory of a loved one, your company name, community group name etc. Below is an example of what the display wall might look like.
