‘Lockdown in Little Grimley’ raises £463.70

Two performances of David Tristram’s comedy play ‘Lockdown in Little Grimley’ took place on Sunday at Toftwood Social Club. Directed by Lauren Baston, the play follows the forlorn attempts of a hapless village amateur dramatic group to put on a show in these difficult times.

All proceeds from the event went towards the new hospice appeal and the fantastic total of £463.70 was raised. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and lots of much-needed laughs were had!

Many thanks to everyone involved with the production and to all those who bought tickets and donated on the day.
