Why not use our high-tech facilities at Priscilla Bacon Lodge in Norwich? Your booking will help us to enhance the experience of patients and their loved ones at the hospice.

We regularly open our doors to host meetings, training, team-building events, workshops, and conferences for a wide range of community organisations and businesses.

The fully-equipped conference suite and meeting rooms are fully accessible, with free Wi-Fi. Our in-house catering team can provide a range of tasty lunch or snack options to meet all dietary requirements.

Priscilla Bacon Lodge is a hub for the community, with the café and meeting spaces available for all. By using the facilities, you will be helping the Charity to enhance the experience of patients and their loved ones whilst they receive the best possible end of life care.

*Please note that free parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed on-site, however there is also pay and display parking available very close by.

How your support makes a difference

A £120.00 meeting room booking could support a bereavement therapy session

A £150.00 meeting room booking could restock the alcoholic drinks trolley for patients

A £250.00 meeting room booking could supply heat packs to provide comfort and pain relief for patients

Meeting Room Options

Conference Room with AV equipment - capacity 50 seated £250 per day
Clore Training Room with AV equipment - capacity 12 seated £150 per day
Meeting Room - capacity 12 seated £120 per day +£30 if AV equipment required

What's included?

The Conference Room has a fixed 210cm Panasonic TV screen.

The Clore Training Room has a fixed 190cm Panasonic TV screen.

The Meeting Room can be supplied with a moveable 190cm Panasonic TV screen, which can be wheeled in if required, (an extra £30 charge applies).

All TV screens have HDMI cables and Logitech soundbars.

We can supply flip charts and pens for all rooms.

Our in-house catering team can provide a range of food and beverage options, and will cater for all special dietary requirements. Download a menu below.
