Opening times over the festive period

Whilst Priscilla Bacon Lodge remains open for patients and their loved ones over the festive period, please note the following changes to hours of operation for the Charity team, our shops, warehouse, and The Friends Café.

All locations will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

The Charity team based at the Lodge will be running on reduced staffing levels, but you can contact us on all other weekdays between 9am-5pm by emailing enquiries@priscillabaconhospice.org.uk, or calling 01603 331166. Please bear with us during this time, we will respond to you as soon as we can.

In addition to closing for the Bank Holidays, our Drayton warehouse will be closed on Christmas Eve. Dereham shop will be closed on 27th December and Drayton shop will be closed on 27th, 28th, and 29th December.

On New Year’s Eve, all our shops will be open for the reduced hours of 10am-4pm.
