We had a really successful day on Sunday 6th June at the open garden event at Home Farmhouse in Hindringham. The weather was beautiful, (apart from a few minutes in the afternoon when there were a few spots of rain!), and over 200 people came to enjoy the lovely gardens throughout the day.
Sales of teas, coffees and an amazing selection of cakes baked and donated by volunteers, plus a raffle, meant we raised the fantastic total of £852.44 for the new hospice!
The winner of the raffle prize of a Notcutts Garden Centre voucher was Jo Davey of Field Dalling – congratulations!
A huge thank you to the owners Rachel and John Hannyngton for inviting us along, to everyone who came and supported the event, plus to our amazing volunteers who baked cakes and manned the stall at the event.
